27 October 2016 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan. She is the sixth Filipino to win the Miss International crown. 69 Contestants vied for the crown.

5th:

2013 MISS INTERNATIONAL BEA ROSE MONTERDE SANTIAGO

17 December 2013 Tokyo, Japan. Miss Bea Rose Monterde Santiago bacame the fifth Miss International from the Philippines. She previously represented the Philippines in Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2012, where she placed in the Top 10.

2005 MISS INTERNATIONAL LARA PRECIOUS SAN AGUSTIN QUIGAMAN

26 September 2005 at the Koseinenkin Hall in Tokyo, Japan. 52 contestants from all over the world competed for the crown where Miss Precious Lara San Agustin Quigaman became the fourth Miss International of the Phillippines.

3rd:

1979 MISS INTERNATIONAL MIMILANIE LAUREL MARQUEZ  

12 November 1979 at the Mielparque in Tokyo, Japan. The then–15-year-old Miss Mimilanie "Melanie" Marquez bested 43 contestants for the third Miss International crown for the Philippines and made the country the first to ever win three Miss International titles. She also won the Best in National Costume Award.

1970 MISS INTERNATIONAL AURORA MCKENNEY PIJUAN

16 May 1970 at the Exposition Hall Fairgrounds in Osaka, Japan. 47 contestants competed for the pageant but Miss Aurora Pijuan emerged as the winner.
